How to remove your data from ShopToStory
You can also revoke ShopToStory's access from Instagram itself: Instagram settings → Apps and websites → remove ShopToStory.
Send an email to info@shoptostory.online from the address you registered with, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will verify the request and permanently delete your account, connected-account identifiers and tokens, store links, posting history, and generated images.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request. Data we are legally required to keep (for example, invoices) is retained only for the period the law requires.
ShopToStory stores only your Instagram account ID, username, and access token, plus insights numbers for content published through the service. All of it is deleted as described above. Content already published to your Instagram account remains on Instagram; you can delete it there at any time.
