ShopToStory (www.shoptostory.com) is a web application that lets online sellers connect their own marketplace store and their own Instagram Business account, and automatically publishes branded Stories, Reels, and feed posts created from the seller's own products to that Instagram account.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may only connect Instagram accounts and store pages that you own or are authorized to manage.
ShopToStory uses Instagram Business Login and the Instagram Graph API. By connecting your account you authorize ShopToStory to read basic profile information, publish content, and read insights for your account only. You must comply with the Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms, and the Instagram Community Guidelines. You can revoke access at any time from your Instagram settings or by disconnecting the account in ShopToStory.
Content is generated from product data on your own store pages. You are responsible for having the right to use that content and for its accuracy, including prices, descriptions, and images. You must not use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.
Paid plans are billed as described on the plans page. Payments are processed by our payment provider iyzico; we do not store card details. Cancellation, delivery, and refund terms are described in our Shipping & Returns and Distance Sales pages.
We aim for reliable operation, but the service depends on third-party platforms (Instagram, marketplaces) that may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific reach, impressions, or sales results.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the rules of the platforms we integrate with. See our Data Deletion page for what happens to your data.
To the extent permitted by law, ShopToStory is provided "as is" and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
