ShopToStory is a software subscription service. After your payment is confirmed:

• Your account is activated within 24 saat at the latest
• You are notified by email when activation is complete
• Automatic posting begins after you connect your Instagram account
• The service is accessible via browser or mobile device

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period
• No new charges are made after the cancellation date
• Your service usage continues until the cancellation date within the current period

Refund Terms

As our service is digital, refunds are generally not provided. However, a refund may be considered in the following cases:

• After payment, if the service has been not used at all ve less than 3 days have passed
• If an unresolved technical issue prevented access to the platform
• If a duplicate payment was made by mistake

How to Request a Refund

You can send your refund request by email with the following information:

• Your registered email address
• Payment date and amount
• Reason for the refund request
