Buyer: The user who registers on the platform and makes a payment ("Customer").
This agreement sets out the terms for the sale of the digital subscription service offered through the ShopToStory platform. The service is Instagram Story and Reels automation software and is entirely digital in nature.

Payments are made securely through the iyzico infrastructure. Supported payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and other credit/debit cards. Payment details are not stored in ShopToStory systems; all card data is processed by iyzico in a PCI-DSS compliant manner. A 30-day free trial applies at the start of the subscription; at the end of the trial, monthly billing of ₺750 (or ₺7,500 on the yearly plan) begins automatically.
After payment is confirmed, the service is activated within 24 hours at the latest. The service is digital and there is no shipping or delivery process. Once the Instagram account is connected, automatic posts are made at the scheduled times.
Pursuant to applicable consumer protection law, for digital content and services the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised provided that the consumer has consented to the start of performance and has been clearly informed that the right of withdrawal will be lost.
A free trial is offered before purchasing the service. After the subscription is started and the service is activated, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; no refund is given for the remaining time. A refund request may be considered if the service has not been used at all and less than 3 days have passed.

Except for scheduled maintenance and possible technical issues, the service is provided 24/7 without interruption to the extent possible. ShopToStory cannot be held responsible for disruptions that may arise from Instagram-related API restrictions or policy changes.
Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
This agreement enters into force when the customer completes the payment and is binding on both parties.
